Vootto Classic: If you are not satisfied with your Vootto Classic package, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the package has not been opened. Wise Smoker Ltd. (the "Company") warrants your Vootto® Air Purifier (the "Product") against
manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). Proof of purchase (the original dated
invoice or bill of sale) must be presented upon request to the Company's authorized service center in
order to receive warranty service.
In order to ensure the Product's maximum performance, the filter and/or smell capsules should be
replaced only with original Company replacement filters and/or smell capsules as recommended in the
manual.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT ONLY IF:
• The Product is operated and maintained in accordance with the provided instructions.
• Only original Company filters and/or smell capsules were used in the Product.
• The Product is connected to a proper power supply (see Product voltage label and/or manual).
• The Product's label and/or original factory number have not been removed, defaced, changed in any
way or cannot be determined.
• There is no evidence of tampering, modification, mishandling, neglect, damage and/or repair by
anyone other than the Company's authorized personnel.
If the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the Product is eligible for warranty service,
subject to the conditions and exception in this limited warranty, the Company shall: (i) within 30 days
of purchase, replace the defective product at no additional cost and reimburse for any shipment charges;
or (ii) following 30 days of purchase and until the end of the Warranty Period, repair or replace (in its
sole discretion) the defective Product, in which case shipping and processing fees may apply, at the
Company's sole discretion.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS WILL BE COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE
REMAINING WARRANTY PERIOD ONLY.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR
WORKMANSHIP ENCOUNTERED DURING NORMAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE OF THE
PRODUCT and shall not cover the following: (i) damage caused by a non-original filter and/or smell
capsule or service calls to replace consumable parts, such as air filters and/or smell capsules; (ii) damage
that occurs during shipment, delivery, installation, and/or uses for which the Product was not intended;
(iii) cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, chips, and other damage to the product's finishes; (iv)
damage caused by abuse, misuse, pest infestations, accident, fire, floods, or other acts of nature or God;
(v) damage caused by use of equipment, utilities, services, parts, supplies, accessories, applications,
installations, repairs, external wiring or connectors not supplied or authorized by the Company; and (vi)
damage caused by incorrect electrical line current, voltage, fluctuations and surges; damage caused by
failure to operate and maintain the product according to instructions. The cost of repair or replacement
under these excluded circumstances shall be paid by the customer.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE
PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS
PURCHASED, IF ANY, AND TO THE LIMITS AFFORDED BY SUCH LAW.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS PRODUCT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT THE
COMPANY'S SOLE DISCRETION, AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THE
COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILURE TO REALIZE SAVINGS OR OTHER
BENEFITS REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND
EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
